The McLaren Mercedes SLR 722S Roadster.
McLaren Mercedes only made 150 examples of this extremely rare 722S Roadster. With that in mind the previous owner has let her live the life of luxury. Housed within a large automotive collection overseas. This car resided in an air conditioned "car house" and was pampered by the collectors "caring/service team." From the day of purchase this vehicle has never been out in bad weather and never even seen the rain.

Driving this car is by far one of the most memorable motoring experiences you can have. A more glorious sensation is hard to find when sat behind the wheel and yet the car can deliver pure brutality if you are more interested in getting a move on.
The visceral feeling of being propelled towards the horizon on a wall of speed and noise is intoxicating. However a word of warning, it does mean you're automatically transported to a destination far away from the location in-which you first depressed the loud pedal. Despite this, it feels as though speed is a mere starter before you settle in for a main course of stopping power. The carbon ceramic discs are (dinner plate size) incredible when you need to throw out the anchor, couple that with the air brake and you'll be producing nearly 1.5 G-force in deceleration. All of this means you can stop quicker than most normal cars slow from walking pace. Short of hitting a wall, nothing will stop you sooner.
So despite its speeding ticket invoking looks (even when parked), at low speed it settles down and becomes a cruiser, some may even say usable. Yet, not withstanding it's HYPER car status, it is also bucking more trends and hides the rarest of luxuries A BOOT, that is large enough for many of your possessions. So its almost practical, almost a daily....?
For those not up to date with older car history, I offer a very brief yet concise history lesson. The "722" refers to the victory by Stirling Moss and his co-driver Denis Jenkinson in a Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR with the starting number 722 (indicating a start time of 7:22 a.m.) at the Mille Miglia in 1955. During this event Stirling broke many event records and has left the 722 title in racing folk law for evermore.
